2 months ago I sent an email to clientlunchbox for a lead who was probably going to list there home. He said they were going to list and do a short sale but were not ready because they had to be behind on their payments for the lender to entertain a short sale (makes no sense to me).
So, everyday after I put that lead into clientlunchbox, I kept getting an "annoying" email in the morning and afternoon with all my hot leads... sometimes I opened the email and sometimes I got busy and just deleted them without looking.

EASY!! This Lunchbox launch was so helpful right from the first instant and set-up was easy for me. Lunchbox allows me to implement my system of reminders so my clients are kept on top of all events throughout their real estate transaction.
