Using clientlunchbox as a closing coordinator for listings
Posted April 1st, 2009 by DaneToday during the weekly clientlunchbox mastermind (which anyone can join) a couple of the paying users and I all got on the phone and brainstormed how we could better use clientlunchbox to build each others businesses.
The call is perfect for anyone who wants to be an insider of the clientlunchbox “Tribe” … a group of passionate like-minded individuals to just talk tactics and get rid of the B.S.
The feedback from the call was incredible.
Here’s what you missed:
1 very, very smart user (Ryan Hartman) from PropertunityKnocks uses clientlunchbox in the most unique way I’ve heard yet. Ryan really has an imagination. He’s using clientlunchbox as his personal assistant/closing coordinator.
(So often during times where you are busy and can’t keep up with everything, all you need is a “gentle” reminder to keep some of your transactions moving forward)
Ryan mentioned that his favorite part about clientlunchbox is emailing contacts in, and having them be automatically assigned to his “to do series” … Here’s what he told the group on the phone today:
“My favorite part about clientlunchbox is being able to use it without having to login. Having to stop and login is a pain and a waste of my time. I used to just email contacts to myself so I’d remember them. Now I can email clientlunchbox my contact instead, it gets added to my database which is cool. BUT then my favorite part is that the contact will be added to my to do series!
Most contact database programs require a change in behavior, but clientlunchbox doesn’t require me to change any habits, I just email my clients to clientlunchbox instead of to myself.”
Here’s how Ryan is using clientlunchbox as his personal assistant for closings:
An example contact in Ryan’s database has the name “5427HARLAN”…
and he has placed that contact in the group “Pending” …
Now every 7 days Ryan will be reminded by clientlunchbox to see “What’s the next step?”
This keeps him ON TOP of all of his transactions.
The twist with this idea is that the contact is the address of the property that’s closing, it doesn’t have to be a persons name.
Ryan gets a gold star for his imagination.
How are you using clientlunchbox? If your not using clientlunchbox to it’s fullest potential you can join us on our next call this coming Weds at 9:00 AM!
