One complaint I here often from a Realtor is that they don’t want to login ALL THE TIME.
Sometimes is O.K. when they have too, but on the day-to-day logging in is a pain and slows down your flow.
“Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a contact database that works WITH YOUR FLOW, and not against it?”
It seems most contact database programs think otherwise. But NOT your Lunchbox. Not if we have anything to do with it.
I have added a ClientLunchbox “spy-video” recording for you to watch. I was a tad nervous about showing you this video because you will see some parts of the interface that are still RAW and incomplete. But hey, I figured you would appreciate seeing the real-deal in action.
This video will show you how SIMPLE and EASY it is to add a contact to your database, on the fly from anywhere with internet access - all from your email. Blackberry’s, PALMS, iPhones, and your Desktop are all perfect for this.

That’s cool…easy enough.
Now I want to see how reminders work. Keep the videos coming. Or better yet, give me the product!

Like to see the reminders working. Also will this only be entered through computer or will the phone interface also.
Would like to see voice to text adding prospects on the fly and maybe incorp a note or list system like jott….
Get my reminders sent via email and phone.
So far looks good but need to see more! Definitely simple which is what I like.. but need to see some final cut of the program. Good job!

Larry, are you looking at our project planning files?
You are RIGHT on the money. We will launch and start with adding contacts via email through computer and internet enabled phones.
Then move to text messaging/cell reminders.
Then move to voice to text.
First, we want to make it work through email. If we can get the idea and concept to work profitably for you there, then we will expand upon it.

The best of all worlds would be to use JOTT from my iphone. Looks good. Looking forward to trying it out!!!

To asnwer your question….what I dislike about contact manager systems currently out there? Far to complicated….I just want a simple contact manager system that reminds me, and send e-mails to clients.
Client LunchBox seems to do it…I am really looking forward to playing with it.

Can you set monthly reminders after removing a client from the activity tab?

Will this contact management will allow us to search clients by different associations or mail merge?

Hi Cheryl, do you mean by different groups of clients? Like buyers and sellers?

I want a simple contact mananger that reminds me and will follow up with my contacts with a varity of autoresponder series based on the contact and their needs. Of course this is on top of the easy imput system you have designed…I know you can do this.
