Pricing goes live on Monday, March 16th. (I will release more exciting details over the next 2 weeks)
After 5 months of being in an ‘Early-Launch’ phase clientlunchbox is ready to announce pricing.
More on PRICING, and what we think is fair: There will always be a free version of the product with limited space for contacts, but not limited features. We won’t have a 30 day trial where you have to pay at the end. That’s not what we think a friend should do. We will have an ALWAYS FREE version until you need more space for contacts.
All versions including FREE will have the same features. We don’t want to limit your success by charging for extra features. This will allow for agents just starting out to pay for more contact space as their business grows.
Have any questions about ANYTHING at all? Post a blog comment below and I will answer YOU personally.
While it’s common to think a top producer is defined by the level of income they make, I think that’s incorrect.
To me, top producers are defined by the consistent actions they take. The end result of consistent action is a higher income. But that’s not who they are.
A top producer (to me) is defined by what they DO and IMPLEMENT. If you’re not already a top producer, you can become one by DOING what a top producer DOES.
And 1 thing they do is follow up on hot prospects (and past clients) like a PRO.
With that said… here’s the latest feature.
Follow Up On Hot Prospects Like A Pro And Make The SALE
Thank YOU so much for the comments on the group follow up feature. This is by far the most feedback I’ve gotten on a new feature overnight. I’m pumped to answer your questions.

Tim says: This is nice. When this product first launched I was worried how much I would actually use it: I’d tried similar products and they never worked for me.
I think this finally sealed the deal.
Dane says: What good are contacts if they just sit idle in your database? Nothing… It’s a waste to add them if you never do anything with em! We were worried about having clients just “sit there” as well … So I’m glad we are on the same page.

Geoff says: I am loving client lunchbox! The only concern I have is sometimes leads get emailed and never show up. I am formatting them right and just wanted to make sure that you are aware of this bug.
Thanks for all your hard work.
Dane says: Geoff, I’m going to follow up with you personally via email and phone to test this together and make sure it works for you.

Steve says: Hey Dane, I like the client lunchbox so far!!! Adam Carroll got me to start using it. I really like the emails and how you can put someones name and number in the reply.
Dane says: Heya Steve! I’m glad Adam hooked you up. If you ever have any ideas to improve on… you know where to find me.

LaZell says: This is what I’ve been waiting for, I’ll check it out and reply
Dane says: I’m glad to be filling a need for you and solving a problem LaZell. It’s my sole source of motivation to build this product. I’ll follow up with you personally to see how your using it this week.

John says: Sounds good - here is an idea to build off of what you got going here…
When I get a new listing (REO) I could send out a text message to all of my contacts (or just a group, I suppose) about the listing - giving them the heads up before it hits the MLS and other agents.
also, can a contact belong to more than one group?
Dane says: John, this is going the direction of what I’d envision as a “Communication” tab in the top main menu. We will be adding this so you can email an entire group. It’s in the plan to be done. As for text messaging, I like the idea! I’m going to mingle on that while we finish the other list of features to be completed.
And yes, a contact can belong to multiple groups.

Freddie says: Now that’s what I’m talking about! Dane, you are the man!
Will it be possible to add a brief note to each group about “why” I will be contacting them?
For example, if I have a group for “farm prospects” can that show up in the email beside their name? Or, a group for “referrals from past clients”, “open house followup”, etc?
Otherwise, receiving a list of 5 or more names in my inbox each morning, I may not recall why I’m supposed to follow up with that person (or group) when I have a database of 500+ contacts, all from different source groups.
Or, maybe we can click on their name in the email as a link to their ClientLunchbox profile. I could click on the name and go straight to their info to know why I’m going to call them?
Dane says: Haha Freddie… No… No… “You da man!” … Now answers to your Q’s: Yes, you can add a note to keep track of why your contacting them. I made a screen shot FROM my email for you to see:
And also: Having a link to click that takes you to their profile page is a great idea. I’ll add that to the planned features list.

Larry says: Dane, You are a Genius! Great feature!
Dane says: (squirms uncomfortable…) Genius is a bit strong… I’d say I have a better ear to listen to what you need (and cut the crap you don’t need) than any tangible “genius” powers … But thank you very much Larry, I’ve enjoyed your blog comments and enthusiasm this entire Early-Launch.
Do you know what 1 thing the top 5% of Realtors and top salesmen have in common?
They are forgetful….
YES! That’s right… Just like you and me.
The difference is they realize it. So they create a follow up plan that reminds them to FOLLOW UP in a simple systematic way. Want to be a top producer? Do what top producers do…
After they enter a contact, they can follow up without thinking…
It’s effortless…
And now, it will be for YOU TOO!

The next feature has been planned. Here’s how it will work:
You will store all of your contacts, and assign them to a group. For example you might have 3 contacts in your “hot prospect buyer” group….
Within your “hot prospect buyer” group you can setup an 8 touch over 8 week system. In fact, you can setup ANY AMOUNT of touches over any period of time, it could be 5 touches over 5 days, or 12 touches or 12 months… You can setup whatever follow-up system you want!
The day you add the contact to the “hot prospect buyer” group they are inserted into your bullet proof follow up system. For example… You will be reminded to email prospect Bob on week 1, call prospect Bob on week 2, write a letter to prospect Bob on week 3, etc etc…
You can create the touch system yourself, or click a button and select from pre-made touch systems built by top producers who use them.
