The ClientLunchbox Interface
Posted September 4th, 2008 by DaneLet’s start this journey off together with a screen shot of the contacts area…
Of course we are still in development so things will change, but one thing that will never change is our mindset. We look at software a bit differently than most do…
The most important question we continue to ask ourselves is “What can we remove?” and not “What new features can we add?”
We are tired of useless features that just complicate software. It’s time to build simple software that does what you want, and then gets out of your way.

Wow this looks exciting, count me in. Can I access my contact database anywhere with an internet connection?

Hey Dane, I’ve been looking for a simple contact database program for years now and every single one I’ve tried is just TOO MUCH.
I am excited to see what you come up with.

This service looks great! I really like the simplicity. So many agents are afraid of technology, but this is nearly fool proof. I am DEFINITELY going to mention this service to my agents.

Gamil, you will have to define the situation that you want to happen between outlook and ClientLunchbox before I can answer.
To take a guess at what you meant: YES you will be able to send emails and get reminders within outlook.

Include:
1. very generic drip campaigns for buyers/sellers (e.g. informational emails with our photo, logo and possibly a section for email branding).
2. templates for just listed/just sold (i.e, email flyers/postcards). Capability to download photos of listings and brief description & info of the property.
Do not want:
1. form letters - every situation is different and it’s too time consuming to look into every form letter and then modifying them. We can write our own letter in our own words much quicker.

Hi Flora, I want you to know that ClientLunchbox is not a DRIP system.
It is a from-anywhere and on-the-go client capture tool with email reminders (sent to you) so that you never forget a client.
We will be building integration with popular DRIP systems, but not right away.

Dane,
I’m a rookie realtor and have been an agent for 2 years now and am looking forward to the ClientLunchbox. It looks to be easier than what I go through now.
