In the video I forgot to show you the daily reminder emails… Your daily reminder emails will also show your To Do’s that need completed. Now you can be CERTAIN to never forget another task!
When you get an email here is the example subject line:
In this case it looks like I have 2 to do’s to complete, and if I open the email it will list out my to do’s!

The To-Do feature is awesome. I’m giddy about being able to use this on the fly. I already love my blackberry — the fact that I can use clientlunchbox on it is a perfect match made in heaven! Compared to the contact database hell I’m used to. Keep the updates coming…

Dane, are there any templates/forms for a simple but, detailed real
estate annual business plan available?
Thanks,

Hi David,
what kind of business plan are you looking for?
Prospecting for new clients plan?
Building referrals plan?
Here’s a no advertising cost plane…
For example: a Brian Buffini plan… get 100 of your best clients and send them a hand written note every month saying hello and asking for referrals.
By the 4th month that you ask, in a hand written form the person who gets the note will have it hammered into his head that YOUR THE GUY whenever he knows of anyone who needs help with real estate.
But again… what kind of plan are you looking for?
